Midfielder Steele Sidebottom and ruckman Brodie Grundy scored 203 votes each to share the Collingwood best and fairest award. It was the first Copeland Trophy for both players and they capped off outstanding seasons with All-Australian selection for the first time. Five-time club champion Scott Pendlebury finished third on 178 votes after another consistent season.
